Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations

  • You will have 24 hours from the date and time of purchase to cancel your order. After the 24-hour period, the order will not be cancelled and will be processed for shipping.


  • As my items are made-to-order, I do not accept exchanges at this time. Returns can be made under certain circumstances. Please contact me via email if you have a return request.


  • Each item is handmade from start to finish. This means that no two items will ever entirely be the same. In addition, small imperfections such as small bubbles may appear on items. I will always do my very best to make sure that each piece is as perfect as possible; however, I will not accept returns on items that have these kinds of baking imperfections.


Modifications + Custom Orders

  • I do accept a very small amount of custom orders per month. Please contact me for more information!


  • I usually do not modify my collections, however, if you have a special request please reach out to me via email. Please keep in mind that modifications are subject to price increase.


Shipping + Handling

  • I ship orders every Saturday of each month. Once you receive a shipping notification, please allow an additional 1-2 days for it to update with USPS.


  • My total processing time is 5-7 business days from the date the order was received. This does not include delivery time. Always be sure to check your tracking information for accurate delivery dates. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packaging. If you have a question about your order however, always feel free to reach out.


  • If your package arrived damaged due to USPS handling, please send me an email with details and photo proof and I will do my best to rectify the situation. I will review these inquiries on a case-by-case basis.
